I’ve been trying to sign up to Volt for a few weeks now. I’ve found out the reason is that virgin have my flat number but o2 doesn’t. They say it doesn’t exist at Royal Mail when it clearly does (I’ve even done a Royal Mail address check to confirm but can’t upload the screenshot to them on the o2 chat)
I’ve realised my address with Virgin is “Flat 1” when it should be “Flat A”
so that’s the first issue I need to deal with.
What frustrates me is why I can’t be added to Volt manually? Why does it have to be automated? I can prove I have an account with both. It’s annoying for o2 to just say “your address doesn’t exist, sorry” when it clearly does haha.
