So I've recently had to cancel due to a house move to where virgin wasn't supported.
I had the package where I got a 02 sim included but never used.
I was advised on cancellation that this would also be cancelled due to it being a bundle. However this doesn't seem the case as I'm still expected to pay the o2 sim separately.
Could anyone help with this?

From my recent experience, virgin wash there hands of the mobile side of you bundle once you go to O2. You have to deal with 02 now. I’m locked in to an inferior service due to taking the advice of a virgin advisor. Good luck. Phone o2 and see if they will cancel under the circumstances. They are usually pretty helpful to be fair

As per the helpful advice given from @evaporator, you will need to discuss this with O2, as we don't have access to their mobile systems to manage O2 account/sim cards.
Do please keep us updated with how cancelling this service goes, as we may still be able to offer some assistance.
