When I renewed my virgin package a few months ago I was sent an 02 sim but was already on a phone contract elsewhere. My contact is now coming to an end and I am looking to switch to virgin to use the 02 sim. How does this work? Do I just purchase the phone or do I need to purchase a plan as well
Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. If you were sent out an O2 sim card as part of your package you should already have this on your account. The mobile sim will be fully with O2 not Virgin Media. Please could you get in touch with O2 here and they will be able to look into this further for you and get the sim card activated.
