hello my v6 box taken 2 hour to boot yesterday i timed it on my phone it was because the power went out i ask for a replacement but transfer me to tech team got hang up as soon as it was ringing not sure what to do don.t want this happening again
How is your V6 connected to your homehub - Ethernet or WiFi?
And has it booted up ok now - is it otherwise working ok?

it working fine they sent me another box and it work great
