need a new tivo remote

I have tried the message service waiting 50 minutes so far with no response after being transferred once, useless trying the phone HOW CAN I CONTACT SOME TO POST ME A NEW TIVO REMOTE,

sorry for yelling but don't seem to be getting anywhere!!!

I've had a look at your details and can see that you've spoken to an agent who has arranged for a replacement to be sent out.
