my second tv box has died and needs replacing.How do I order one?

Second tv box has died-power supply ok but box not powering up.How do I get a replacement organised?

You need to call Virgin C/S to report this.

150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Choose the option for "I have a fault with my TV service"
