Been down for days.
App not working. Channel 198 not working.
When clicking on the app or selecting 198, you tube doesnt even load up. Just freezes on the round circle loading icon.
Any ideas on how to fix please?

Do other apps work ok, such as iPlayer?
Can you view VOD ok - try picking a CatchUp programme from ITV, C4 or C5 and see if it plays ok.
This should prove the internet connection.

Yes all other apps and OD all work fine
So your issue is YouTube specific then - have you tried restarting your box?

I apologise for the delay in response here. Can I ask if this issue is still ongoing - I appreciate it's been a while since you posted. Was you able to reboot as above has been advised?
