Virgin Package

When I try to go into the 'Offers' against my account, I keep getting "Oops! Something went wrong.
Sorry, we’re unable to change your package online."

Any ideas why?

normally you are on a non standard or discontinued package or have a discount. you'll need to call in

Hi Kevin,

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of regrade  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

It does it when you are on a discounted deal or different to deals which are advertised to change your package call 150 from your virgin landline or 0345 454 1111  from any other phone to speak to customer services and they should be able to sort you out.
