Tivo box stuck on starting up....for hours now

recently unplugged tivo box for decorating, now it's failing to start up again. Connections all good, broadband connection good. Getting a bit frustrated and thinking now I should leave virgin.!!!

I guess you got it working or you would have been back here 🙂

I am guessing that it hadn't been "activated" and you needed to call in for that on 0800 953 9500 ?

Hope the decorating looks okay now 

I have just checked a few things and can see the TiVo box is back to being online now 

Can you let me know if you still need help at all

yes unit now working. There was a cable issue that wasn't visible, but have rectified it now; thanks
