Turned of the TV this morning to find it glitching. I have tried reseting the box a few times. Tried the HDMI cable in different ports also a different HDMI cable as well. I know it's not my actual TV at fault as it is working on other sources i.e. Netflix, disney and game consoles. Messaged virgin through the app, just awaiting response. Thought this may be quicker if not more helpful.
