Sound distortion itv

Both itv channels are distorting badly on both boxes.. anyone else?

Which channels do you mean? There's several ITV channels (1, 2, 3, 4, all with +1 & HD variants)

Is the sound ok, or is it just a picture problem?

Check the status line 0800 5610061 for any known faults in your area. Have you tried restarting your boxes?
