Hi,my remote keeps skipping menu channels by two at a time.We changed batteries to brand new ones and still keeps happening.Thanks.
You should be able to order a replacement remote using this direct link virgin-tv-lost-or-damaged-tv-remote
If it doesn't work then you will need to speak to TV Faults to request a replacement. Dial 150 from a VM landline
