Poor service

I’m completely fed up with the poor quality of catch up and on demand on virgin TV. Constant flickering and disturbance, this has been going on for years to the point that I never rent movies from Virgin. This simply is not good enough, waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone is equally unacceptable, putting your prices up (again) mid contract even more unacceptable!

Virgin - your customer service and quality of service never fail to disappoint me you are an absolute joke!

Only three days since I stated my dissatisfaction with Virgin on this forum. No replies from fellow customers but even worse no reply or acknowledgement from Virgin.....they obviously pay as much attention to this forum as they do to their customers!!!!! Next post will be full of expletives....... I bet that will get their attention and probably get be banned! 

48 hours to respond to the poor quality of everything Virgin!!!!!

Unless my arithmetic is wrong, it’s been two days, not three.

Given this is essentially a community forum, it can take a few days for the Virgin Media staff in here to respond.

Your issue is vague enough that customers are unlikely to get involved.

I guess I got my days wrong! 2 days not 3!

My purpose on writing on this community was to highlight the lacklustre service provided by Virgin and I am mostly interested in their response as this is a last ditch attempt to get their attention as speaking to their operators on the phone is fruitless!

i am not sure what is vague about my previously mentioned concerns regarding:

1) poor quality / reception with on demand

2) poor quality / reception with catch up

3) lengthy wait times when phoning Virgin

4) constant increases during contracts

if you can explain to me how I could convey these issues better your help would be very much unwanted!
