As with all pixellation faults that are affecting live TV viewing, reboot your box once to eliminate software issues. Then try calling 0800 5610061 to check for any reported area faults that could cause it. The vast majority of such issues are caused by a fault somewhere (either with your box or the cabling) that's causing poor TV signal.
If it's not resolved, then you need to call to report your fault. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone - and follow the options for "I have a fault"
