Payment not taken

My payment was due to be taken on the 29th and it still hasn't come out yet, was wondering if anyone knows what's going on and could advise me on what to do?

The easiest way to get a hold of someone is to message our first-line support on our live online chat. They are the best chance of getting someone to give you an update.
