I had to update my package today - part of which was removing my additional box that is upstairs.
i now have a 7400 code on the tv box in the living room - tried calling the number but that sends me to the webpage that in turn tells me to call the number! Im assuming that my box upstairs has been left working and the one in the living room is the one they’ve seen as the additional box and switched it off?! 😞
I can’t check as my Mum is at home whilst I stay away as she is in the high risk category. So she is unable to call anyway (even if the call centre was taking calls) as I’m the bill payer. All very frustrating.
