Firstly do you have a TiVo or a V6? Probably a V6 but best to be sure now.... If you're not sure, check here
Is your live TV working ok?
And assuming you have a V6... how is it connected to your homehub? OnDemand is carried over the internet which comes via your homehub..
Check Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, what does it report in the top-right?
