My Daughter added a chanel

Hi, My 5 year old was playing with the TV remote and has subscribed to baby TV 2 weeks ago (we have no babies in the house) and I really want to get it removed before I get charged for it but Ive phoned up 3 times now and given the current situation in the world right now I was on hold for over an hour then its just rings out and goes off (I'm not annoyed I totally understand why)

Question is, Is there any other way I can get a chanel removed other than phoning up?

the easiest way to get a hold of someone is to message our first-line support on our live online chat. They will be able to unsubscribe the channels from your account.
