Movies 24 channels is having problems with sound breaking up it’s been going on 48 hours now all other channels ok. It seems it’s the streaming of movies sometimes it improves slightly when advertising on please look into this

If you're still having trouble, I'd like you to try manually connecting to the network by following these steps: press Home on your remote > select Help & Settings > select Settings > select Network > select Connect to the Virgin Media Service now.
It would also be worth ensuring your cables are tight and secure, although this being only certain channels wouldn't usually indicate physical problems.
