Missing Channels

I have the Fun package and I have checked, the missing channels are part of the package.

I have 19 (at least) channels missing. They are in the guide, and I can go to the channel but I get an error message with code W02.

I have followed the guide for W02 code,

I have followed the guide for missing channels,

I have checked all the cables

I have reset the TiVo box, in fact I have completely reset to factory setup.

I have telephoned 150 and the automatic tests say nothing wrong apparently. There were no humans available due to covid.

I will try 150 again tomorrow  to see if a human is available.

In the meantime any ideas?

As per error code help , W02 normally indicates a signal fault of some kind.

Are there any specific channels that are affected, as that may help pinpoint the cause? It probably won't alter the end result - this is a service fault and I'd recommend persisting with TV Faults on 150 as that is the best course of action.

VM staff do work their way through posts on here, but it can take a few days.

An engineer ended up replacing my TiVo box after an hour of trying to identify the fault.

All sorted now.
