Lost Sky Sports Channels

I renewed my contract today to start on 31 July. Meanwhile my current contract was to remain unchanged until 30 July. So what happens someone has deleted Sky Sports in the last few hours even though this will be in my new contract!! Any chance I can get a hold of someone to sort this out. Should have gone to BT as I intended.

Thanks for posting, I'm sorry there's been some confusion regarding the channels in your package.

 

I can see you've been able to contact us since your post last Friday.

Thanks for your email Alex. 

I do have another issue! I have agreed a new contract for £84 a month. However I received an email yesterday stating that when my contract expires on 30 July my monthly payment will increase to £116 a month. Can you please look into this for me and confirm that my new contract at £84 a month is all set up and I can ignore the email.
