Issue with personal picks

Hi,

I have been trying to get the Sky cinema personal pick removed from my account and to make a complaint but I have been unable to speak to Customer services due to not knowing my phone password (They stated they would send out a letter but they never did).

I did not ask for Sky cinema to be added to the account so I am unsure why I am being charged for it?

Can someone here please help?

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.

I tried this yesterday however after spending quite a while going through my issue I was sent back to the beginning of the automated service.
