Issue with UKTV Play on Virgin TV

Yesterday (the TV channel) is missing from the UKTV Play menu that comes up when you 'press red' on UKTV's channels on Virgin TV. The 'press red' prompt also doesn't appear on Yesterday (channel 129) or Yesterday + 1 (channel 200).
 
Catch Up TV content from Yesterday is available on Virgin TV (via Catch Up > Channels > Yesterday) and directly from the Guide.
 
Please could this be fixed?

The UKTV play app will differ to what's available on Catch Up in terms of why any Yesterday channel content may show on one and not the other.

Hi Emily, thanks for the reply.

The menu for UKTV Play is just a shortcut to access the Catch Up content, so I don't understand why Yesterday can't be in the menu.

GOLD, W, Alibi, Dave and Drama are all in the menu, so surely it's just a mistake that Yesterday isn't.

Are programs from Yesterday available via Home > Search & Explore?

I'm trying to establish if this is an issue of missing content, or just missing shortcuts/menu items.

Yes they are.

As per my posts, the content exists, it's just the ability to access it from the UKTV Play menu.

The UKTV Play menu has now completely vanished from VM.

I guess that it was easier for them to remove the service entirely than to add the missing shortcut. 😂
