I currently have the biggest TV package and the 200MB internet package on my account, I would like to reduce these and find out how much money I can save by doing so.
I have tried to phone VM but the automated voice gives out a link to a package change web page but this only gives options to add further things to my account, if there a way to reduce the packages online or do I have to wait a couple of hours on hold and speak to someone in person? I don't want to take up the call centers time from people who may have more urgent problems if I can manage my account an easier way.
