DVR has detected a serious problem

We have the green screen issue.  Left it for over 3 hours, but not resolved and can't get through to customer support.  Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve the issue or get a replacement box sorted please?

I have the same issue and need the same advice.

Call centres are closed, no error code as such to report. Just a green screen 😞

I've put tv go on my laptop for now.  Not ideal as the wee man will be wanting to watch tv when I'm working tomorrow😏

Good idea might try that:)

Making do with my old Amazon Fire stick plugged into the TV for now. Hopefully someone from Virgin Media will resolve this issue soon!

I managed to get through to customer support this morning and am waiting for engineer to phone.  May be better to phone them earlier in the day - good luck 😊
