Contract renewal

My contract is up for renewal end of April, I'm trying to contact customer services but due to the Coronavirus, its taking a long time to either get through or I'm cut off.  I'm unable to do anything on my home page and my account, SO MY QUESTION is how do I go about renegotiating my contract ?

Any help appreciated.

The trick is to call and follow the options for thinking of leaving (1,1,4,4) - BUT at 08.00 - not in the afternoons. May still wait for a connection but you are higher in the queue 🙂

Have got through YES !!!

Thank you for the advice.

Waiting now to speak to techincal about the buffering and loss of picture and yep get cut off again !!!
