Code W02 and lots of missing channels.

No fault. Can anyone help?

I have rung and followed all steps but am not able to talk to anyone as just keep getting directed back to the test messages. 


THis has been since Friday night.

W02 is generally indicative of a loss of incoming TV signal, which needs reporting. You can try the automated status line (0800 5610061) which often lists reported faults down to street level.

Otherwise... your best bet is to persist with calling faults and reporting your issue. You may need to let the automated service works its "magic" and then callback 10minutes later when those fixes have failed to resolve...
