I haven’t changed my package but channels seem to keep vanishing from the Tv - first Disney and today a few Nickelodeon channels - my kids aren’t impressed - and neither am I - I pay a lot for a large TV package! Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
Virgin have supplied a number of channels for free, all for a limited period since the start of the current Covid epidemic. They actually extended the free periods for a number of the channels, however the free viewing periods have now ended.
Which pack are you on? You can use this TV Guide to check which channels are available in your package, to make sure you still have the correct channels for your package.
I'm sorry to say they aren't part of the Mixit package.
Maxit TV shows in column 6 - there is a + sign next to those channels in the list. The + signs means those channels are available as a seperate addon (personal pick). The Kids channels are an extra £5 per month.
