Book an engineer for tv

I need a box moving in my house to a different room and this room doesn’t have a virgin media connection box only phone lines

I have spoken with several agents online and been informed of the costs but then nothing was booked we got to the stage of if it would be Ethernet or WiFi then every day I get asked if I require help then get no responses I understand your busy but I just want to sort an engineer so I don’t have a box say not being used

If you ring to say your leaving they sort the issue so that’s my next port of call

Re: Book an engineer for tv

Sounds like you just need a "non-fault" pre-arranged tech appointment, which is a £99 charge as you're probably aware.

Only issue is that in the current lockdown times, this is potentially be classed as a low-priority callout when other customers could be off-service.

The normal way of arranging this would be via the faults C/S area.
