Hi,

Why did virgin change the buying extra media option? Shakes head in disgust.

You, open the option on your tv and fancy watching an episode of halo, then you are given a code to enter on vm store, and yet there is no option to enter the code, instead it asks to sign up and add email etc..

It used to be so easy, so that's at least less money for the virgin company I suppose.
