We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the loss of service credit you had. This would have been worked out based on how much you pay for your TV service, less any discounts divided by 30 then times by the number of days you were without a service.
We don't provide compensation so it would be an exact amount and not rounded up I'm afraid.
