getting bad tv picture, pixelation and breakup, for a while now, called faults but they cut the call off

they just gave me 0.44p compensation - a great way to wind people up !

Thanks for taking the time to come back to us on this. 

We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the loss of service credit you had. This would have been worked out based on how much you pay for your TV service, less any discounts divided by 30 then times by the number of days you were without a service. 

We don't provide compensation so it would be an exact amount and not rounded up I'm afraid. 

We're glad things are working OK for you now though. If you do have any further issues, please let us know.
