If you're getting a poor or pixellated picture that you believe (probably rightly so) is caused by a poor signal, you need to call and report it.
Check via 0800 5610061 that it's not a known issue in your area, also reboot your box once to rule out gremlins.
Otherwise... 150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 otherwise. Follow the options for "I have a fault"
