Virgin V6 box not working, router keeps switching off

Hi. We should have a remote ordered to come out tomorrow. However the TiVo box about once a week will refuse to turn on, we then have to switch the TiVo box off at the wall and back on again.

We need a replacement TiVo box as this one is faulty.

Also the router regularly switches off and restarts by itself, even a reset has not fixed this.

 

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Chris.

Thank you for your reply, I managed to get a callback from Simon (one of your engineers) the other day, he went through some settings on the V6 box, along with settings on the router (after resetting it) and that looks like it has fixed the problem for now. He also arranged for an engineer to drop off a spare TV remote which happened last Tuesday.

This has all been sorted 😁
