Re: Virgin V6 box not working, router keeps switching off
Thank you for your reply, I managed to get a callback from Simon (one of your engineers) the other day, he went through some settings on the V6 box, along with settings on the router (after resetting it) and that looks like it has fixed the problem for now. He also arranged for an engineer to drop off a spare TV remote which happened last Tuesday.
This has all been sorted 😁
