V6 return

I want to return a V6 box but the returns box the details on the cardboard directions do not fit the V6,

I have  still got the box the V6 was originally sent to me

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I know what I need to return, but the cardboard box dose not fit hr V6

I need someone from Virgin to reply on the packing problem

The V6 box should fit into the returns packaging. The follow VM  youtube video shows how to pack it up.

That is a bit more helpful,  do I need to include the controller and the HDMI cable?

Hi again Walter,

No you don't need to include them, but try and fit the remote control on as it's useless without the V6 box, or give it to someone else as a spare

I put the package into my local Connect Plus shop and was given a receipt for it.
