V6 box random shutdown

Afternoon,

For about a week now my V6 box will randomly shutdown, the screen will scramble for about a minute and then it goes back to starting up. Sometimes it will scramble then start up 4/5 times before it works as normal. It doesn’t happen every day so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've had some issue with your TV.

We've had a look at things from our side and sent a HIT to the equipment, can you let us know if there is any improvement or if you still need help?
