Only had my v6 box installed yesterday and it has stopped working. Its stuck on the welcome screen and there is a clicking noise from the box. Can someone help with this issue? I have tried turning it on and off at the wall.

The clicking noise alone could be a failed hard drive - the best thing to do is call Virgin and report your box fault.
