A restarting TV box is a faulty TV box, but your symptoms may be one of hard drive issues - if only recorded programmes are affected.

You've not mentioned any issues with live TV so that's presumably OK. Pause live TV for a short time and watch it delayed - this is also a recording and uses the hard drive in the same way. How's this?

Thanks so much 😊 yes live tv is ok. It doesn’t happen every time but the sound goes for about a minute then the tv turns off and then almost straight away the tv restarts. I tried pausing tv and watching delayed and that was fine.  Because it doesn’t do it all the time I keep thinking it’s fixed itself, then in happens again 😳
