My v6 gas all it’s lights flashing and is stuck in the start up page. Am I right in thinking that the box has had it? Been waiting for a person on whatsapp to get back to me but if the box is broken then I just need a replacement but getting very frustrated with the lack of response and support.

Hi Chris_W1. I am having the exact same problem. Flashing lights and stuck on start up screen. Been like this for 3 days. Its infuriating. I've done all the usual checks but nothing works. Got 2 other boxes in bedrooms and they are working fine. Could you please get me some help with this? Thanks
