Frozen on starting up screen, even after doing the usual turn off…etc

Any TV box that won't startup has a fault, and you're best to report that. You can do so in one of two ways...
Call in - 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
Wait on here - staff should respond, but it may take a couple of days.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your TV box. I have been able to locate your account and can see that you had an appointment booked in that has now been cancelled.
Has your V6 issue now been resolved?
