Hi there, hoping someone from Virgin Media can help me out.
V6 box seems to have died, when I try and power it on now all you can hear is a faint mechanical buzzing from inside the box, but it doesn't boot and I get no picture or LEDs lit up.
It was on a surge protector, for power at least, but it looks like it's got fried in a thunder storm.
Would I be able to arrange for a replacement to be sent out?
Can't seem to find your call centre's number anywhere on the virgin media site - if you need me to call them, can anyone advise what number I should use?
Just send a text with a short description of the problem to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.
