V6 box black screen with sound after Netflix or Prime usage

Consistently having issues with black screen after viewing on Prime and Netflix when trying to return to viewing via main menu. Meno visible but TV show black with sound.

Hi @Fizzi271 

You've posted in the Tivo forum, however the older Tivo box doesn't have the Prime app.

So it seems like you have the V6 box.

You should try a new high speed HDMI cable  which should be HDCP compliant.
