V6 Box - S102 Error - Unable to Acquire Channel Info

Hi there - please can anyone help me?  I am setting up my new V6 box and it is repeatedly failing. I am getting Error Code S102 and when I call the helpline it is saying the call centre is not available and to go online, which then in turn tells me to call the help line.  I'm in a loop!

Did you call in to "acivate" the new equipment? The equipment activation number is... 0800 953 9500 - call at 08.00 for best chance of getting through.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
