Upgraded TV package, channels on app not box

Have upgraded my package this morning but it seems some of the channels still are not activated on my box but on the app they are working. 

Have done this - Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now and also turned the box off and these still have not fixed the issue. 

Any one have any tips to get these working? Have tried using live chat but have being waiting 20 minutes for a reply lol

Which TV package are you on, and which channels are you missing?

If you follow Home > Help & Settings > TV Care, there is an option for "I'm missing channels". If you follow this through to the end, this sends a refresh hit to your box which may resolve your issues.

Otherwise, under the Network Connection screen you've already tried, does your box show as succesfully connected in the past 6 hours?
