Upgrade to sports not live

Hi I had a courtesy call to offer movies for 6 months which I accepted but also requested sports. Had the conf email stating both abs movies live but sports still not. Tried to call in a few times get they busy though. Have powered off box and refreshed channel list b it anyone any other ideas? Thanks

Did you add Sky Sports HD pack, or just the standard channels?

Adding Sky Sports activates channels 511 to 518 only (standard definition versions). If you want the HD versions (501 to 508) activated there is an additional £7 a month supplement that must be paid on top of the standard subscription.
