We upgraded yesterday showing our new package in my email and on account yet no new channels showing .... turned box on and off ....
what are the changes of it making my sons night and football being on 🥺
If you upgraded over the phone then channels are usually activated immediately, however any other method can take around 48 hours.
You could try and force theupdate using your remote control click on HOME then
Help & Settings > Help > Virgin TV > go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK > Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
