My tv dropped out twice this afternoon and my router rebooted. Checked service status which said no problems in my area. Well I have a problem!
When you used the Check service status did you also a run a test on your equipment from there? If so what did it say?
You can also try the Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
If you are still having problems have you tried rebooting your devices?

How are things currently looking? There doesn't appear to be any outages currently in your local area.
That was last week.! Its a bit late to reply now. Working ok now.
