Tv down for almost 24 hours cannot get through to customer service

My tv went down at around 8pm yesterday in Dundee after storm .

i still have no tv almost 24 hours later only internet .

i have made multiple calls to customer service to try and get through without success.

my patience is rapidly wearing thin help

My mother's TiVo started playing up and we spent nearly an hour on two occasions sat in a queue before we had to give up.

There seems to be some major issues if they are jammed non-stop.

As well as the “check service,” weblink there is also a Service Status number 0800 561 0061 which usually tells you of local issues, down to postcode level (that might even not yet be listed on the Service Status web page) that may give you more info.

Unfortunately now tells me not a problem in my area however still cannot speak to anyone
