Tivo - volume control set up

Trying to setup volume control on Tivo remote - press TV and Clear buttons together but remote flashes red instead of green and volume/mute buttons don't function

Hi @spotwhite 

Check the help page <<< here >>>  if it's still not working after following those instructions there will be  a link to order a replacement remote.

There's also a link on the order remote page to download the TV Control app which you can use as a temporary remote.
