My TiVo V6 box stopped working on 8/4/21. I have tried restarting it to no avail. I have rung 150 on 9/4/21, 10/4/21 and 11/4/21. The support person gives me the same advice - to reset the box and wait either 20 minutes or 3 hours, and to call back then. The power switch is lighting up red or white alternately, and the screen shows, ‘Starting up...’ with a red clock on the left hand side. I have tried to ring 150 as requested and they are now closed. I am sick of being treated like this, when clearly either an engineer needs to fix it or the box needs replacing.
